Unfortunately not digestible for me...
I realized that my stomach cramps were probably caused by this mineral water. Since I stopped drinking it, my stomach has been much better. Found evidence that the high sulphate content could be a reason for this. Possibly also a reason for the strange, rather unpleasant taste when opening the bottle for the first time...?

Hello guest
Larger amounts of sulphate (>2000mg per liter) can have a laxative (laxative) effect, the Aproz mineral water contains only 930mg/liter. Nevertheless, there are always large individual differences in the tolerance of each food. The same applies to taste perception. If you have the feeling that you don't tolerate mineral water very well, it certainly makes sense to avoid it in future.

Hello m-team
Thanks for the reply. I have also read up on this information regarding sulphate levels. The Aproz water only contains 930mg/liter, which is a very high amount compared to other local mineral waters (e.g. Elmer Mineral 120mg, Goba 3.3mg, Calanda Aqua 31.3mg) - how about such a water from the region for Migros Ostschweiz? Unfortunately, there is currently no alternative to Aproz in eastern Switzerland if you want to buy local water that contains fewer minerals.

Super water ....but why is it much more expensive in the Migros restaurant than in the store?

Hello guest
We do not compare our sales prices with those of the retail trade, but with those of the catering trade. Regular comparisons show that we have a very good price-performance ratio.
In addition to the higher VAT, the sales prices primarily include the services (dishes, dining room, newspapers, toilet facilities, etc.) that we offer as a restaurant. The personnel and operating costs of a restaurant cannot be compared with the costs of the retail trade.
If you have another question about Migros restaurants in the future, please let us know which cooperative your place of residence belongs to. M-Restaurants are managed by the cooperatives.
Best regards, your M-Infoline team
