Since when does Aproz mineral water cost Fr. 6.20 per pack (6x1.50L)? Hasn't it always been Fr. 5.70 for ages? Supply chain problems, Ukraine war, corona, CS decline are all no good explanations. The water is probably still the same. Explanation?

Hello rmantel, thank you for your inquiry. As you say, the price has been the same for ages. So whenever possible, we try not to pass on the increased costs to our customers. The main reason for the price increase is the massive rise in packaging and transportation costs. The price of PET alone has more than doubled. The prices for film and lids have also risen. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

If you do a bit of research and browse the internet, packaging costs really have become massively more expensive worldwide, for example, beer breweries now have to pay 120% more for crown caps. Just one source, others write "only" 65% more expensive.

Why does the new Aproz Classic contain much less carbon dioxide than before?

Hello Jöggi, we are sorry, did you notice any differences in the carbon dioxide content? Can you please provide us with the best-before date and the batch number next to it (incl. time) for further testing of an affected product? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Jöggi, thank you for your information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a uniform CO2 content throughout the entire best-before date. This depends on the production date, date of purchase or consumption and storage conditions. This is because there is a natural migration of CO2 in all PET bottles as the product ages. The "older" a product is, the less CO2 it contains. This phenomenon is normal. However, certain storage conditions can accelerate the loss of gas (temperatures, light, etc.). We have not made any changes to the article. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

That's why I buy drinks in glass or aluminum whenever possible, PET bottles are not gas-tight and quickly lose their carbonation.
