Why is the closure so tight?

Can I exchange or return the two that are not yet completely open?
Hello hessda, thank you for your feedback. Our quality assurance department has investigated the issue. The production data and line logs show no abnormalities. Measurements taken on sample batches show that the batch complies with the standard and that the closures have been applied correctly. A manufacturing defect can therefore be ruled out.
In exceptional cases, it is possible that some bottles are sealed more tightly than others, especially when the filling line slows down. Unfortunately, these exceptions cannot be detected during production.
