dear migros I don't have a microwave, is there any other way to reheat the product?
Hi mimx, in addition to the microwave, the fondue is also suitable for preparation in the oven. You can also pour the fondue into a small caquelon or pan and heat it up like a normal fondue. Best wishes, your M-Infoline team

The packaging is a PET cup, is it not a problem to heat PET in the microwave? And why an aluminum lid? I'm just interested :)

Was the cheese made with animal or microbial (-vegetarian) rennet?

I like the fondue, but sometimes a transparent yellow film of fat forms on the top, the temperature is always the same, sometimes it happens and then it doesn't happen for longer.

We regret that you had a bad experience with our Appenzeller Fondue mini.
We would be happy to investigate this problem further. Unfortunately, this is not possible without providing an M-Data.
We assume that the yellow film depends on the cheese. As cheese is a natural product, slight differences in taste or consistency are possible. Although regular and thorough checks are carried out, it can unfortunately sometimes happen that some pieces are delivered in slightly different quality.

The picture does NOT correspond to the product that is now on sale!!!! NOT EVEN THE CONTENT!!! The packaging is simply a "mess"! I can no longer transport the product in my backpack because a cardboard sleeve is missing! The fondue has burst open in my rucksack 3 times already!!! Furthermore, the manufacturer is no longer Migros, but Gerber. That's why the quality is simply BAD! I will not buy this product again!

We regret that you are not satisfied with the new Appenzeller Mini Fondue. We would like to point out that this product is not sold under the Gerber brand. Gerber is a brand of Emmi. Although Emmi is now also our supplier, Migros does not sell Gerber products.
The fondue has been slightly adapted as part of a change of supplier. However, comparative tastings revealed only very minor differences, which is why it was decided to launch the product as it is. The packaging can no longer be produced as before due to new machines.
