Quality varies, sometimes quite ripe
I love this Appenzeller cheese, but we have now had 3 times within half a year that the cheese was completely moldy before the best-before date.
The cheese would be really great. Unfortunately, since this new packaging, it always has mold on it and this even before the expiration date. Too bad about this cheese....
