Why is the first-class Biberfladwn no longer sold in the Migros Aare Cooperative?

We were happy to consult with our specialist department. The Appenzeller Biberfladen was discontinued as part of a product range revision and due to a lack of demand in the Migros Aare cooperative. It is therefore no longer available in any Migros Aare branch. Possible alternatives would be the Appenzeller Biberli or the St. Galler Biberli.

Why is beaver pancake no longer available? I was in a MM and MMM this week and was told in both places that it is no longer part of the range.

And in the Migros Aare cooperative of all places, demand is significantly lower than in all other cooperatives? It's interesting that the store staff see it differently.
