It's a pity that the salads contain so many leaves with only the hard middle part instead of the fine part of a lettuce leaf.

Good salad. You have to search a bit to find the sauce to pour over it.
Sometimes I just don't feel like cooking after work. So this salad is welcome. However, I always throw away the dressing. Sugar and yeast extract simply have no place in it. What's more, I like my own dressings much better and they're quick to make too.
