Something has changed with the chicken. It no longer tastes the same. It also just looks like a cheap chicken product.

Hi TesterRes, Thank you very much for your product review. We're sorry that you don't like the taste of this Thai Chicken Satay. According to our specialist department, no changes have been made to the recipe. We need photos of the product to be able to assess the matter more precisely. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

Why did you ban budget cuts from the range years ago? I know X number of people who still mourn them today... The recently launched slices are okay, but not nearly as good. The old ones were the BURNER, popular with young and old, sigh!

Hello Wuhrmann, thank you for your post. We have not had such canapés in our range under M-Budget since 2012. That's why we can't give you any information about them at the moment. Could you describe the products you mean in more detail? Were the rolls from the store or from a takeaway? If it is a take-away product, please also tell us where you bought it so that we can investigate. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Grüezi I meant the Budget Pausenschnittli !!! No rolls or anything like that. The new raspberry slices look similar, but are nowhere near as good as the old PAUSENSCHNITTLI...

Hello Wuhrmann, due to low demand, we had to remove the M-Budget Pausenschnittli from our range in 2015. Our shelf space is limited. We therefore have to constantly check demand and supply and make adjustments if necessary. We are sorry that you don't like our raspberry slices. We wanted to address the lovers of the former Pausenschnittli. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The old recipe for the sauce was more peanutty and the rice tastier, why are good things being made worse? 500gr would fit in the bowl, why are the menus calculated so tightly? The men's world will thank you anyway if it's a bit more ;)

Hello Wuhrmann, thank you for your message. We have only adapted the design of this item. Can you please give us the best-before date of your pack? Then we can check why the quality of your dish was not perfect. We will take note of your comment about the grammage. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I meant the recipe from a few years ago, apparently other customers also found the composition and the rice better back then, as I could read from the questions.

Hello Wuhrmann, we're sorry to hear that you don't like the current recipe for this product. There are currently no plans to change it. We will nevertheless take your comment on board and review it when we next revise the range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is tikka masala no longer on offer in the ready-made meals in a double pack? Noodle dishes are no alternative and always just satay is a bit monotonous

Hello Wuhrmann, thank you for your post. We are still running promotions on this article, the last one was in week 42. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The Rosenberg Migros in Winterthur and in Seuzach haven't had this Tikka Masala in a twin pack for ages! It can't be that they are always sold out exactly when I go shopping and I've already asked twice at Rosenberg, they don't have them in the double pack! It's a big Migros and for about 2 years now they've only had noodle dishes and satay in a double pack, which is why I asked...

Could it be that the recipe has also been changed with the new picture? I think it has suddenly become sharper.

Hello Dane1788. No, we haven't changed the recipe, just the design. The spiciness varies slightly depending on production. It also loses some of its sharpness over time. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is it that this product does not contain original chicken meat, but glued together meat and therefore inferior meat (chicken meat product cooked 19% (chicken meat [ Switzerland ], potato starch, iodized cooking salt, rapeseed oil)? This question arises with many meat products (menus, sandwiches, cold cuts, etc.), and I have to ask it here on behalf of all these products.

Hello Ferin, thank you for your message. When declaring meat, a distinction is made between raw meat, meat preparations (marinated meat in which the meat fibers are still visible) and meat products. The chicken in Anna's Best Thai Chicken Satay is declared as a meat product as it is fried with potato starch, salt and rapeseed oil before being filled. As soon as a piece of meat is fried or cooked, it is declared as a meat product. The meat used here has nothing to do with "glued" meat, but is naturally grown. We only use Swiss meat in our Anna's Best products (menus, sandwiches, salads). The quality of our products is extremely important to us. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
