It's a shame that it's no longer available in Altstätten and the surrounding area. Every promotion is advertised, but when something is removed from the range, customers are left in the dark. It is important that there are many vegan products to buy, and many types of pizza dough. But then there's no room for strudel dough. Fortunately, there are still competitors.

Hi ljpjaquet, unfortunately we don't have an instructional video. Here are a few tips: Take the dough out of the fridge 10 minutes before working with it. Spread a damp kitchen towel on the table and place the pasta sheets on it. Spread melted butter on each sheet of dough and cover 2/3 of it with the filling. Fold up the two ends of the pastry by 2 cm and roll up the strudel using the cloth. Finally, coat the strudel with melted butter. Leave to brown for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the strudel, in the middle of an oven preheated to 180 - 200 degrees. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Since the Klas Yufka puff pastry has such bad reviews, I am now looking for an alternative for Börek. Can you also use this strudel dough? Or just normal puff pastry?
