Basically, this is a very good pizza dough that we have been buying for years. However, twice within three weeks, we noticed significant deficiencies in the refrigeration or quality. The dough is discolored (gray) in places and looks very unappetizing, so we threw it away both times to be on the safe side. This is clearly not a one-time occurrence. We will no longer be buying this dough in the future.
Good pizza dough, rolled out and thinner is better, otherwise it's too thick.
