The dough tastes very good. The person who decided on this incredibly stupid format should be beaten with a rolling pin.
Actually a good dough. Unfortunately, the last one with the date 11.2. was already gray 5 days earlier. The packaging was sealed and went straight into the freezer after purchase. What a shame, Marmelade!!! I'm not buying it anymore at the moment.
It would be nice if the spelt dough were also available in large sizes.

We love this pizza dough. It's a healthier option and tastes just as good. Whole wheat dough would be even better.
The dough is okay, but difficult to work with. It is too soft (even when well chilled) and therefore difficult to handle.
Fine crispy taste!
