Can the packaging be recycled? (The plastic.) If not, please switch to cardboard.
Hello Megapk, thank you for your question. The black PP tray and the transparent PE film can be disposed of at various plastic recycling centers. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, it is not possible to switch to cardboard packaging for products of this type. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I have refrigerated this product because I bought too much. I have now read that you should not do this. Can I still eat them now?
Hello cspeedy1, the product should not be frozen, you will also find this information on the packaging. Freezing twice should be avoided as the quality of the product is impaired. From a microbiological point of view, nothing will happen as long as the prawns in the batter are stored in a cool place before and after freezing (i.e. defrosted in the fridge) and frozen as fresh as possible - i.e. as far before the end of the shelf life as possible. Why can't I get them anywhere anymore? These excellent DimSum were only available last week and now they have disappeared from all branches (I have visited 5), which I very much regret. Please add them to the standard range!!!!
