Not what I was looking for
This dough has been far too moist for several months. I have been using the same recipe and baking time for over 30 years (always with Migros rolled-out puff pastry)! To alleviate this problem, I used new baking paper and threw away the moist baking paper from the packet. A little better, but still far from good.
I think I know the ingredients have been changed, more water gives more weight and is cost effective.
Two weeks ago I bought puff pastry from Coop Leisi and the result was excellent.
Please check my objection, I also spoke to two other cooks who regularly prepare "Wähen" at home. They found the same problem.
Thank you very much

The puff pastry currently on offer is sticky, difficult to work with and the pastry tastes "stale" very quickly.
This is the puff pastry I always use: excellent quality, soft, easy to work with, and the perfect taste for both sweet and savory recipes.
I regularly use the 33 cm format, but sometimes I would also like to find a smaller format, especially for smaller preparations.
Still, it remains an excellent product, always reliable.
Good, good value for money
I am disappointed that there are too many vegan and no normal doughs! Too many other doughs!
Puff pastry, buttery and tasty, very fine
is still in the TK for later
Very good either as a savory pie or
fruit cake
good quality, sticks too strongly to the baking paper
