Crispy pizza dough, very good for pizzas

Actually everything is great, only "untangling" the roll is sometimes a bit annoying
Is not always nicely rolled up or smooth on the baking paper but tastes great
versatile, e.g. for strudel or aperitif pastries. Not homemade...but a quick alternative

The best pizza dough you can buy. Whenever I have a spontaneous pizza, I always take this dough with me as it fits perfectly on a whole tray and doesn't rise too much but stays nice and thin
Very difficult to unroll! I get annoyed every time because of this.
