Unfortunately, the quality leaves something to be desired. Sometimes there are dried-out spots. The dough sticks a lot when rolling it out.

1 star is still too much. The dough sticks together and cannot be rolled up. Then it sticks to the paper. If you try to loosen it, the dough tears. So bad.
Good dough. The baking paper sometimes sticks too firmly to the dough.
