Maybe it will be really good if you let it rise for 1 hour. But with 20 minutes rising and at 210 degrees as well as at 230 degrees, the edge just gets hard and the whole pinsa is doughy and absolutely not airy. I know quite differently from the dough of the competition. But I will give it a third and final chance with a rising time of 1 hour.
Great if you want a tasty pizza quickly.
