"Anna's Best Monthly Salad"
For once, I changed my habit and treated myself to a salad of the month instead of a mixed or iceberg salad. The packaging of the appetizing looking salad was opened at the bottom, as with all mixed salads, as the heavy parts pile up at the bottom. The fresh salad was proportioned on a plate, dressed and eaten. The greens were bite-sized, i.e. not too coarsely chopped, and the carrot slices were presented in a lovely heart shape. However, the few carrots were so woody and fibrous that they ended up on the edge of the plate.
The packaging has already been thrown away!
