Taste was not great
Finally a good lasagne again, with a relatively good proportion of meat. Well seasoned and balanced, slightly spicy but not hot, so OK for my wife! Not oversalted, and above all, not drowned in tasteless béchamel sauce (see M-Budget). You can tell that some savings have been made on the meat to keep the price down, but about 2 years ago it was practically just "Tomatu Sosa"😉 with almost no meat.
I always "tune" ours with a little grated Parmigiano Regiano, nutmeg and a few drops of full cream over the Parmesan; then bake for the last 5 minutes at 210°C on convection, and that's it😋😋 Buon appetito👍
