The taste would be good. However, a new type of baking paper is used and it is almost impossible to remove the dough from it. 1-2 layers of the puff pastry stick to the baking paper. This makes it very difficult to handle and also results in unnecessary food waste.
Dough too thin, sticky, impossible to work with when used to make ham croissants, for example. There are much better products for the same price elsewhere!

Great taste and actually 5 stars. But the processing really takes nerve and, above all, speed. I now put it in the freezer for a few minutes before use.

Really good! Looks like homemade pastry. Crisp, you can smell the butter.
