Why does this salad suddenly have almost twice as many calories and fat as before?
Good question. With the new recipe, I will have to do without it in future. From < 1.5 g sugar to 7.2 g per portion... Unnecessary.

The differences in the information are the result of more precise analyses, rounding differences and new legal requirements.
We regularly check the nutritional information and adjust it if necessary. We state the values as accurately as possible, but there is a certain legal tolerance range. For energy-providing nutrients such as fat, protein and carbohydrates, this is up to +/- 20 %, depending on the quantity. Accordingly, the energy content cannot be specified to the exact calorie. The tolerance range for vitamin and mineral content is sometimes even greater.

Here it says free-range egg yellow - on the packet it says floor eggs. What is true? PS: I hope you are doing everything you can to use only free-range eggs - if not organic, as nobody would eat barn eggs if they found out about them...

When will this cucumber salad finally only be available with a vinegar and oil sauce instead of such a "fattening" sauce?

Cucumber salad is great, but unfortunately it is not available in my region and is always sold out, even in the store. Do we have a shortage of cucumbers or is the standard (size) not right, or are they being squeezed in the eyes ;-)
Why don't you politely tell the staff that you've noticed that the cucumber salad is always empty, then they can increase the minimum stock and next time you'll have the salad:) maybe they didn't notice it as much as you did.

Is the calorie value of the portion correct? According to the information, the whole bowl has only 130 kcal, but I find it very fattening and the sauce seems quite creamy/oily.
