Suggestion for improvement II: if you're going to charge CHF 6.90 then at least pack it without insects crawling around

We are very sorry that one of our products has given you cause for complaint.
Finding foreign bodies such as insects in a ready-to-eat product is very unpleasant. We are aware of the consequences of this and for this reason it is very important to us to get to the bottom of the cause.
Our goods inspections start with incoming goods. All raw products are checked by expert personnel in accordance with strict product specifications. They check whether the quality of the goods meets the requirements and whether foreign bodies (e.g. insects) are visible. If this is the case, the goods are returned immediately.
The raw materials are then sent to production and, after washing and peeling, are cut and packaged by machine or by hand. This all takes place under the watchful eye of our employees.
After receiving your report, we checked our retained samples and found nothing suspicious. We have also informed our employees about the case. A photo of the foreign object would have been very helpful for further clarification.
We hope that you accept our apologies and that we have been able to regain your trust in our products. We look forward to counting you among our valued customers in the future.
