Hello, I have stored the Fiori al Limone in the freezer - expired on 18.11.17. Can I cook them today (24.11.) without hesitation? Kind regards
Hello Gili The Fiori can still be eaten without any problems. The use-by date refers to the "fresh" product. Freezing is one of the best ways to store food for a longer period of time. At temperatures below freezing, the microorganisms can no longer multiply - the food remains safe.
