Cook the tomato sauce, red peppers, onions, garlic, black pepper, sea salt and basil for many hours at a very low temperature to create a really sweet and thick sauce. Toss the fiori briefly in the butter, then serve en bloc with the sauce and Parmigiano Reggiano (to grate yourself). A perfect starter.
