However, demand fluctuates greatly and so it is sometimes a balancing act - in terms of food waste - as to how high the order quantity should be. If you have noticed that the wiche is always sold out on the same day, you are welcome to let us know so that we can adjust the orders accordingly. We understand that we are disappointing those customers who liked to buy the Wähe often. We now offer Pastel de Nata (art. no. 112901805500) in open sales. These are puff pastry tarts with cream.
