Can the dough be used if you want to make the Glace Spitzbuben from the Migusto magazine but your guests are lactose intolerant?
Hello Lisa_Z, the Anna's Best Choc Herzli dough does not contain any lactose-containing ingredients. However, the dough may contain traces of milk due to unintentional mixing during the production process (see trace information on the packaging). However, any traces that may be present are normally tolerated by lactose-intolerant people without any problems. Combined with a suitable lactose-free ice cream (e.g. plant-based vanilla https://www.migros.ch/de/product/160376800000 ), nothing stands in the way of your dessert. Best wishes, your M-Infoline team

Can you freeze the dough and use it later or is this not recommended? If so, what is the maximum time?
Yes, the Guetzli dough can be frozen. You will also find this information on the packaging ("suitable for freezing"). The shelf life in the freezer is approx. 2-3 months. Are the eggs in the dough processed in such a way that there is no longer a risk of salmonella or can I, as a pregnant woman, snack on the dough before baking? It's irresistible ;-) thank you!
Hello slinda For hygienic reasons, liquid egg, a pasteurized egg mass, is used in the industrial production of food. The Guetzli dough is therefore not made with raw eggs. However, in order to exclude even a (small!) residual risk, it still makes sense to refrain from eating raw dough during pregnancy. Best wishes and have a good time, your M-Infoline team

How can I make the dough myself, or do you use the M-quik chocolate powder (migros own brand) for this?
Hi J, thank you for your post. The M-quik chocolate powder is not used for the cookie dough. However, it would certainly work with it. You will find the list of ingredients on the back, but the exact recipe is a trade secret. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
