A colorful mix of "what else could be considered a China mix". Expiration date usually exactly on a Saturday/Sunday: coincidence, but still stupid. Short cooking time thanks to small cuts. If you don't like shitake, don't eat it (there's plenty of it).
Update 29.12.25: Usually not available online or only 1 bag instead of e.g. 3.
