I love this dough because it fits perfectly on an oven-sized tray. If it were now also available in organic quality and as puff pastry, I would be delighted!
Poor for processing
XL is a fallacy here, the portion is rather normal. Expensive brand that does not live up to expectations. The taste is unremarkable, with no surprises or sophistication. If you want to bake cleverly, it's better to go for cheaper alternatives.
I've only just discovered this size. Perfect for a large tray of quick apple pie. Hungry mouths are grateful.
