Easy to cook, neutral taste
Perfect waffle base
Very good quality with a fine butter aroma. However, it is difficult to work with. Fresh from the fridge, it is almost too stiff to roll out, then heats up quickly and becomes too sticky to move around in the enameled baking tray. I always flour the top of the dough. This makes it much easier to move it around in the tin. The diameter of 33 cm is tight.
Used seven for an apricot tart; everyone was delighted. Loose and tasty. Full dough

Good, and without palm oil! A little thick, though.

Unfortunately, it doesn't keep as long as the normal dough.
