I accidentally threw away the baking instructions, how long and how warm do I have to bake them?
Hello AB84, thank you for your post. We are happy to provide you with the preparation method according to the packaging: Process the dough in a cool place. Roll out the dough between baking paper or on sugar to a thickness of 7-10 mm. Dip the cutter in sugar and cut out various motifs. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to dry at room temperature for a few hours or overnight. Preheat the oven. Bake: top/bottom heat 200°C, hot air 180°C for 4-6 minutes in the middle of the oven. Leave to cool on the baking tray after baking. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello When will this dough be available again? Seasonal?
Hello Sue, thank you for your inquiry. The confectionery dough season starts in calendar week 43 and ends in calendar week 52, so the dough will be available in stores from October 23, 2018. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hoi biene1246 The Guetzli doughs in the blue packaging are no longer available. All Anna's Best doughs in the green packaging are new. The recipe has not been changed. See here: https://community.migros.ch/m/Forum-Migipedia/Mail%C3%A4nderliteig/m-p/484145#M21366 MFG M-Alaska
Hello, we have been buying the Brunsli and Zimtsternteig block at Migros for years. Question: does this now simply run under Anna's Best in a new packaging, but still with the same composition? Are there different ones and if so, where can I find the "traditional one that has been on offer for years"? I asked at Migros Uster, but unfortunately nobody could really give me an answer. Many thanks and best regards Bettina Stoker
Dear biene1246 Thank you very much for your interest. The Guetzli doughs are still available in the same quality. They are now simply available under the label Anna's Best, but nothing has changed in the recipe. We hope this information has been helpful and wish you an enjoyable Advent season. Your M-Infoline Team
