Why do the two major Swiss distributors only sell DimSum with prawns or veggies? Not everyone likes the fishy taste or no meat. There used to be some with chicken, what happened to them?
Hello Chur69, thank you for your message. We have never had dim sum with meat in our fresh convenience store. Due to the current requirements for meat, it is difficult to offer ethnic food while adapting the meat quality to the strict requirements (dim sum from China with Swiss meat?) for this reason, demand is rather low and we concentrate on the existing veggie or prawn variants.
