Fruit cups are produced separately from other product groups - contamination by foreign bodies should therefore not occur. We attach great importance to the careful manufacture and packaging of our products. For all our products, the raw materials are carefully selected in several stages, and only by qualified personnel - starting with the meticulous checks carried out when the goods are received. The fruit is then pre-selected and carefully washed. The pineapples are then peeled, subjected to a further quality control and cut by hand. At the end, they are weighed, placed in cups and sealed once filled. The entire process is strictly separated from the production of salads, both in terms of premises and technical processes, since we manufacture fruit products in specially designed premises. We also store the fruit in a separate cold room. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to identify the cause of the strange smell you mention. Our reference samples are of impeccable quality and we have received no further feedback on this subject.
