the cut was approx. 1 mm too long at each corner. in addition, the whole thing was sent in an oversized box between irregular filling material, so that the item arrived curled, which made it difficult to frame -> I ended up framing the picture without this item.

Good paper, exact cut, exactly as expected.
Passpartout without background. A flop. Wasted money.
Good paper quality. I had to enlarge the window slightly to avoid covering my painting too much, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.
