Wouldn't it be possible to preserve all the qualities of this bread while preventing it from becoming aggressive to teeth and gums?
I've also noticed that this product is available in two formats: 730 g and 365 g, i.e. half the size.
The prices are CHF 3.80 for the larger format and CHF 2.30 for the smaller. In other words, buying two small formats to obtain the same weight costs CHF 4.60, or 80 centimes more than the large format.
I fully understand that a smaller format costs a little more per kilo, and in many cases this is justified. But what I find harder to understand is when there's simply no large format available in store, and the consumer is forced to buy two small ones at a much higher price (proportionality) to get the same product. In this case, the difference of almost one franc seems hard to justify.

Good question, maybe your stock management tool will be able to answer you, unfortunately I can't. But one thing that caught my attention, in your branch located at the Fribourg train station, I think I've never seen the XL package but only the small packaging.
However, what I'm getting at is when the item is no longer available.
Let's take the example of Tuesday, when you have 20 XL packs, at 2pm the shelf is empty, so the item is no longer available.

How much sugar and salt is in this bread?
