Hello ulrych_martyn, thank you for your feedback. We have assessed the product quality from the production series of your toasts as good. We deliberately include the slices on both sides to help prevent the toast from drying out so quickly. We include these new toast slices free of charge. No new, thinner film quality is used. We did not notice any problems with the foil when packing the toast. We also use the same film quality for various other products. We have not yet received any further customer feedback on this. Hello ixu, we are sorry that the toast packs were moldy again. We sent you our response by email at the end of September. We would like to take this opportunity to advise you to clean the bread bin thoroughly with a vinegar cloth. This will also kill any invisible mold spores, as otherwise the spores will remain and contaminate other loaves of bread.
