Does the toast have milk, i.e. lactose, in it?
Milk is listed in the trace information ("May contain:"), but not in the ingredients.
I've already read that. But the question is, do they write that on the label because they want to protect themselves or does it really contain traces of lactose?
Hello FreexMy, Hello, the toast does not contain any dairy ingredients. Due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process, you will find a trace note "May contain milk" at the end of the list of ingredients. The amount contained (traces!) is so small that the product is usually tolerated by lactose-intolerant people without any problems. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I read that customers want the toast with the slices? I can't imagine for what purpose. Couldn't Migros do something with the X tons of slices instead of supposedly selling them to the customer and then throwing them away?
Good evening Strizilein Take the thin ends, turn them back to back and place them next to a normal slice in the toaster. The two ends don't get hard and are easy to bite into. best regardsFrederica
Hello Strizilein, thank you for your contribution. The toasted ends can be used for bread dumplings or croutons, for example. However, as Frederica has already mentioned, you can also simply toast them. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
And why shouldn't you eat them? We use the slices like the "normal" slices

Hello, for the past few weeks, the best toasts in the world have been sold with the "ends", which I can understand. But would it be possible to cut them as thick as the other slices, because then they're just crust that's good to throw away because they get so dry when you toast them. Thank you in advance for your attention!
Hello Kouklamou, thank you very much for your message. We're delighted that you like the idea of adding a toasted bread edge to the package. We'll be happy to look into the possibility of modifying the thickness of the starter internally. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hi KouklamouI take the thin ends, turn them back to back and put them in the toaster next to a normal slice. The two ends don't harden and are very easy to crunch. Best regardsFrederica

Hello, recently it has been happening more often that the packaging opens at the bottom and the slices of bread fall out. Has something been changed to the packaging? We have been buying this product for several years.
Hi FrankS Oh dear, that's annoying of course. Could you perhaps give us the best-before date on your last pack affected by the problem? Then we can clarify this with the producer. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
