Hello, is alcohol/ethanol used as a carrier/flavoring (e.g. for shelf life?)
Hello Kasva, no ethanol is used in this product. Here is the declaration: wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar, wheat starch, sunflower oil, sesame 2%, wheat protein, iodized table salt, barley malt flour, preservative: sodium propionate, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
