Hello Has the recipe changed recently? The amaretti used to be very soft, the last ones we bought were very hard, as if they had been baked too long or had dried out. Bought on 9.2.22 Migros Oberland Thun Kind regards

However, differences in texture can be caused by slight variations in the degree of baking or the quality of the raw material, among other things.
