The 10 regional cooperatives are largely autonomous. In addition to the basic range, they can decide for themselves which items they offer in their range. Here are the ingredients: sour cherry preparation 26% (sugar, glucose syrup, apple puree, cherry juice from concentrate, sour cherry puree, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, flavors, preservative: E 202), wheat flour, sugar, almonds 16%, vegetable margarine (palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, emulsifier: E 471), invert sugar syrup, whole egg powder (from barn farming), egg white powder (from barn farming), flavorings, waxy maize starch, raising agent: E 503, glucose, barley malt flour.
