Are alcohol or alcohol-containing substances used in the manufacturing process? Does the product contain E numbers?
I would also like to know whether the product contains animal ingredients. If so, which animals do these come from? Is there any contact with animal substances during the manufacturing process?

Good morning OLACICA, bread tastes best when it is fresh. Alpenbrot can also be frozen, but the fresher the bread is when frozen, the longer it will keep in the freezer. Is the Alpenbrot a wholemeal bread? In the store, the answer to this question was "yes". However, the list of ingredients gives no indication of this, as is usually the case with wholemeal bread.
