Could it be that the cap was recently changed? Every liter has been leaking recently or is leaking when I try to close it again. I had to clean the whole kitchen early in the morning a few days ago instead of foaming my coffee 😭
Hello Mogliscat, we are very sorry that our Alnatura soy drink has given you cause for complaint. So that we can trace the production, we would ask you to provide us with the best-before date and the lot number (begins with L and consists of letters and numbers). For now, we wish you a nice day. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Too late: garbage is already out, but I'll keep it in mind if it continues!

Can you please take the Alnatura soy drink with algae? It tastes just as good, but the calcium content is massively higher. It seems to sell well in the Alnatura store (shelves are often empty). Thanks for a review. :-)
Hello tous_gre, thank you very much for your kind message. Suggestions about our range are always welcome! Although no adjustments are currently planned, this does not mean that we are not following the issue closely. On the contrary: we are constantly reviewing our selection. We will be happy to consider your suggestion as part of the upcoming revision of our range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

It's a real disaster that the soy drink is no longer available...instead there's a much more expensive alternative. And this is so popular that it stays in the range, but the cheap and very good natural product doesn't? Seriously? What's even worse is that the staff at Migros Chur are completely ignorant when asked. Ask 2 times in 3 weeks, 2 times the same answer after looking on the shelf "No is not there" well...I see that too.
Hello Mr_Guenni, thank you for your post. As the demand for our Alnatura natural soy drink was too low, we have removed it from our range - we apologize for this. At the same time, we have also made room for new attractive varieties such as coconut or cashew. As an alternative, we offer you our aha! Soy Drink Natural, which has a slightly higher retail price. We are also happy to recommend our unsweetened calcium soy drink from Alnatura. This is available in the larger Migros branches for CHF 1.60. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Unfortunately, this soy drink is no longer available in stores in Bern and the surrounding area. Is this a supply problem or is the drink no longer available? Kind regards
Hello Simone2013, thank you for your post. Unfortunately, we have some bad news for you, because the soy drink nature is no longer in our range. It was no longer so popular, which is why it would not have been worth continuing. We hope you are not too disappointed. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Is it possible for the branches or the Alnatura store in Bern to order this on request? It would be a quantity of 15 to 20 liters in each case.
Hi Simone2013, thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately we can't say. Can you ask directly at the store next time? Maybe there is a way. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear M-Infoline team, are the soybeans in this product GMO-free? Thank you in advance for your information. Kind regards Monika
Hello Monika, thank you for your question. All soy products at Migros are GMO-free. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Nevertheless, you are not completely safe from contamination with GMOs in Switzerland, as the declaration regulations in Switzerland and the EU allow contamination with up to 0.9% without labeling. Above all, imported meat or cheese often comes from animals that have been fattened with GM feed.
Hi PR87VBK8Z7, thank you for your feedback. The regulation on genetically modified food does indeed allow for 0.9% contamination. At the same time, however, companies must prove that they have taken appropriate measures to prevent GMO material from appearing in a food that is considered GMO-free. It goes without saying that such contamination is not intentional (e.g. contamination with GMO material). The reference to genetically modified feed in imported animal foods is also correct. One reason for the higher prices of Swiss meat, milk, cheese, etc. is the guaranteed GMO-free feed in Switzerland. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

why is the drink from alnatura cheaper than the one from the organic aha line? alnatura is also organic, I thought... merciii :-)
Hello Kathrin, Alnatura is also organic, but according to European guidelines. The price difference is due to the fact that Alnatura products are produced in Germany. The production costs there are lower than for Die Aha! products, which are produced in Switzerland. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team
