Is from Tue, 27. 2., promotion 20%. Why is the20% not marked here, other alnatura products are .

Hello indios, thank you for your inquiry. This article is also part of the campaign. Unfortunately, I could not find a corresponding claim for the other Alnatura articles on Migipedia. You are welcome to send me a link with an example. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Every Sunday the new promotions appear on the app, where all products within the article SHOULD be listed. But this article was not marked, the others were. Please correct.

Does it actually have to be loaded tomorrow? And it says all Alnatura articles, then it will surely be a promotion...

No, yesterday they were all marked with action, but not this article. Otherwise I wouldn't have written........But I've never been able to rely on the app/homepage. So save your comments.

It is marked in the app in the promotions overview from February 27.

It wasn't recorded until a few hours ago. But now it is.......... It's a shame that you always have to draw attention to it first.

No, I already made the printscreen in the morning. I was too busy afterwards to post it here. I just think that you don't always have to react so negatively to everything.

I checked again at lunchtime and there was nothing there. Negative? Because the actions haven't been right for years, .... is missing

So for me it's actually always everything... and even if 1 product is not listed, the world doesn't end because of it...

Good morning indios. Thank you for your feedback. The action was displayed correctly for us. We have nevertheless submitted your request to the relevant department for review so that we can avoid such circumstances in the future. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I always buy the yogurt at Migros in Dielsdorf. Unfortunately it is always sold out or I take the last 2 or 3 (need 4 per week). Very annoying. There are no other good organic alternatives with few ingredients. Cashew and coconut from Alnatura are also not good alternatives. Why don't people order more if it's always empty?

Hello Rharbarber, thank you very much for your message via Migipedia. We will forward your report to the relevant specialist department and to the management of Migros Dielsdorf. They will check the sales figures and adjust the stock on site. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Unfortunately, nothing has happened yet. I go on Mondays, yogurt empty. I go on Wednesdays, yoghurt empty, on Thursdays (yesterday), also empty. When I can buy some, there are 3 pieces there. Migros is simply a joke. They'd rather have another coconut yoghurt in their range that nobody buys.

Hello Rharbarber, thank you very much for your message and your interest in our products. We have forwarded your message to the management of the sales outlet. The clarifications have shown that there are two elevators on site with the said Alnatura Soja Natur. We currently have a stock of 39 units on site. We hope we have helped you with this information. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Science is increasingly showing how valuable a well-diversified intestinal flora is for our health. It would therefore be important to know which yogurt cultures you consume so that you can consciously pay attention to them when shopping. Unfortunately, this is not possible with the current information. Do you use the same cultures for all vegan yogurt alternatives? Thank you very much for the information.

Hi Mikrobiom, thanks for the question. In Switzerland, there is no obligation to declare the added cultures (lactic acid bacteria, including bifidus bacteria). These cultures are not considered an ingredient, but a manufacturing aid. For this reason, they are not included in the list of ingredients.

We use the following bacterial cultures:

For the V-Love Creamium varieties (oat and chickpea)

- Streptococcus thermophilus- Lactobacillus rhamnosus- Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. Shermanii

For the varieties V-Love Vegurt (almond)

- Streptococcus thermophilus

For the Alnatura Soja Natur we use various cultures, including Bifidus and Lactobacillus acidophilus. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Please include the vegan quark alternative from Alnatura in your range. It consists of only 3 ingredients and not 12 like the currently available product from Alpro.

We have Alnatura Soja Nature in 9500 Wil

We have that too. I would like to have the "Quark" from Alnatura ☺️

Hello Maula, we expand our range whenever possible in response to customer requests. I have submitted your request to expand our range with a vegan quark alternative from Alnatura to the relevant specialist department. Implementation is currently being examined. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I very much hope that this natural soy will be preserved and remain on the shelves in 9500 Wil?

Is this yogurt pasteurized?

Hello Paprika99, thank you for your inquiry. We appreciate your interest in the product. We would be happy to inform you that it is pasteurized before fermentation. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thank you very much for the quick reply! I understand that pasteurization is necessary for reasons of hygiene and shelf life, but won't the good bacteria be destroyed as well? I make my own yoghurt from time to time and it is impossible to ferment it with pasteurized plant milk because there are no lactic acid bacteria cultures... I would be delighted if you could tell me how you manage to do this anyway. Making your own yoghurt is very time-consuming and sometimes goes wrong, which is why I appreciate your delicious yoghurt, but I have learned that pasteurized yoghurt has no inner life and is therefore not useful for my microbiome.

Hello Paprika99, the product Alnatura Soja Natur is made from pasteurized soy drink. However, the bacteria are only added after the soy drink has been heated and are therefore still present in the finished product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is soy yogurt no longer available in many stores? E.g. Zurich main station and Enge station?

Not restocked again in 9500 Wil! It's getting worse and worse there....

Hello Migros, this product is very fine. Does it contain exactly 400g? When dividing it between two people, I noticed that the total is usually not 400g but less. Can you check this?

Hello 400g, thank you for your request. We are sorry that you have received too little content. Could you provide us with the LOT number and the best-before date so that we can check this? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
