Great idea, but disappointing consistency and taste. Not at all reminiscent of hummus.
It's very floury in the mouth and has no taste. I think you need to add oil, lemon and parsley to spice it up. It's not a large quantity.

Great hummus, but I added at least 120ml HOT water and 3 tbsp olive oil and 3 tbsp lemon juice. (7 tbsp as stated on the packet is clearly too little) I like it lemony.....🍋
unfortunately inedible - I bought it to test it, but it's anything but comparable to hummus - what a shame!
