Hello, the sugar content is approx. 3.3g per 100g. However, it is not listed in the ingredients. It should therefore be sugar that is already contained in the cabbage during processing. However, other manufacturers list a sugar content of 0.8g (Migros BIO), up to a maximum of 1.2g (Migros Bio der Ursprüngliche). - That can't be right, can it?
