Which country are these dried tomatoes from? And what is the cultivation method? Were they harvested in summer?
At least the origin is clearly stated on the label, Tuscany guarantee of origin, whether they are harvested in summer, winter or under a full moon doesn't play a big role for tomatoes soaked in oil, in my opinion.
