Quality mango pieces Probably every year again... Unfortunately, the mango pieces have not been "to eat" for a few weeks now: horribly sour, ragged and soft. No longer comparable to before. I bought some at the former Marinello Shop Ville and at Migros on Rigiplatz and experienced the same disaster at both outlets (with at least 5 bags). The exact label on the side reads: 08.04.2017 L76070088 Made in Burkina Faso AT-BIO-301 Variety: Amelie Thank you very much if you take the necessary steps. H.J. Richner

Hello jeanr Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you no longer like the taste of our mango pieces. Generally speaking, not all organic mango varieties are available in the right quantities all year round. Alnatura is therefore forced to use different varieties. Depending on the variety, origin and growing conditions, there may be natural variations in appearance, smell and taste. For the Alnatura mango pieces, we use the varieties "Brooks" (sweet taste and a slightly darker color), "Amelie" (slightly more acidic and a fruitier taste and smell) and the variety "Lippens" (pleasantly fruity note and a slightly lighter color). We assume that your impression may have been caused by these natural variations and regret that you do not like the Amelie variety. We have informed the relevant departments about your feedback. So far, we have not received any further complaints. Of course, you can exchange products that you are not satisfied with at your store's customer service. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team
