Smells disgustingly of cowshed and musty or even "chemical". I had to dispose of everything. Lot: best before 08.10.2026; fungal problems during cultivation and processing? I don't understand why the product is not discontinued despite so much negative feedback to the same effect.

Had the impression that the rice smelled like a pigsty. Thought I had made a mistake with the sauce at first, but had to throw the pack away the second time I prepared it. Inedible. Shame about Alnatura's good reputation. Best before date 28.6.2026

Rice smelled funny when I opened it. When cooking, it smelled like a sheepfold and it was impossible to eat it without gagging. Not recommended!

When I opened the packet, I noticed an unpleasant, stale and musty/animal smell, reminiscent of damp straw from a mouse or hamster cage.
The smell intensified during cooking, I didn't try the rice and threw the pack away.
According to the pack, best before 07.10.2026. Country of origin India.
The rice was stored dry and closed.
