Hello, this product no longer bears the "vegan" logo. As I have certain allergies, to casein for example, I'd like to know why the vegan label no longer appears on it. Other products from this brand still use the plant-based logo. Could you please give me a definite answer about the 100% plant-based production of this food? Thank you in advance.

Hello AlainMB, Alnatura would like you to know the following: We systematically check whether the vegan flower can be affixed to Alnatura products. However, for products that are naturally vegan and contain only one ingredient, the vegan logo is generally no longer affixed or removed. Alnatura Neutral Coconut Oil is still vegan. Today I bought what I thought was virgin coconut oil and only saw at home that it was the one for frying and cooking. It is no longer prominently labeled: red ribbon red writing "neutral", but light blue like the virgin. Of course, you would have to look more closely, but I was in a hurry.

Hello signorinetta, thank you for your question and we apologize for our late response. We understand that it is annoying to buy the wrong product. For legal reasons, we are no longer allowed to write Nativ on the packaging in Switzerland. Alnatura has therefore slightly adapted the packaging. The difference between the two products is effectively only the small red phrase "neutral in taste". We have forwarded your report to the responsible packaging department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Many thanks for the answer. Maybe one or the other will take a closer look than I did :-)

Hello Is this coconut oil also virgin? Thank you very much

Hello Tamarusch, thank you for your question. No, the oil comes from a second pressing. It therefore has a more neutral taste. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
