I bought it recently. I was a bit confused about the consistency. It was more like coconut cream. It was very firm at the top and all the liquid collected underneath. Is that normal?

Hello Roman1991, thank you for your question. As soon as the coconut milk is exposed to temperatures below 20 °C, it can separate into a solid fat phase and a water phase. To homogenize the milk again, we recommend shaking the packaging very well. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
