Is the product suitable for raw consumption? According to the information on the packaging, the product is suitable "as an ingredient for shakes, smoothies or muesli". At the same time, however, you write that the flour is not intended for raw consumption and must always be thoroughly heated. This is confusing. Smoothies etc. are not usually "heated through". It would be good if the packaging were adapted here.

On many flour packages there is a note that flour should only be consumed thoroughly heated. Alnatura coconut flour is also an unheated product. The information is a precautionary recommendation for raw food products, especially for sensitive people. We understand your comment that the information is confusing, as it is also recommended for use in muesli etc. We will consider your suggestion. We will look into your suggestion. Dear Migros The product does not seem to be available at the moment (not even in Alnatura stores). Is it possible to predict when the product will be available again? I would be very grateful for information! Perhaps also the reason for the interruption in delivery.
