Are the "Instructions for preparation" correct? It says "add milk". Even if the chickpea flour and milk mixture turns into something, it should definitely be heated before eating. Please check whether you want to adjust the entry.

I am referring to the information published online, not the packaging. Here, under "Product information" under "Instructions for preparation", it says "Add milk" as mentioned.
