Does the nutritional information refer to 100g cooked or 100g uncooked?
Hoi Loki, the nutritional values (98 kcal) per 100g refer to the cooked product. 100g of the unprepared bulgur pan contains an average of 325 kcal. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
